Youth Management Recruitment

Thank you to all for attending the youth meeting on Monday 20th June. Please find attached the minutes for your information.
The main issues of the meeting was highlighting the fact that we are increasing from 8 teams to 15 mini and youth teams. To enable the youth section to operate effectively, we need a lot more people to help. The different jobs include coaching, coaching assistants, team managers, fixture secretaries and co-ordinators, membership admin, communication and marketing, treasurer, social events and kit co-ordinator.
We would like to stress that you don’t need any rugby experience or knowledge, just a willingness to help.
